Well after dealing with no connection at all (first bt200) then excessive static (second bt200) then also outgoing voice dialing ok, but no incoming calls coming through (third bt200) I decided to spend that little more and order the damn SE hbh-35. The manager at the cell store gave me a deal for my troubles. After using this headset for a few days and hearing the difference, noting "NO" Static and better range, also not to mention how comfortable it is to wear. I have come this this conclusion. Compared to the SE HBH-35 headset, the Jabra BT-200 is a piece of crap that does'nt deserve to have the bluetooth logo on it, thankyou. I only say this because 3 out of 3 were no good, so why bother...

I have a bt200 and a T68i and before i upgraded my firmware my bt range was horrible, but i still get static when it's on my belt in a plastic clip. My bet is that it's a P800 issue and any headset will be the same

I'm using the Jabra BT200 and haven't found anything wrong with it so far. Static sometimes but not that bad, range are good. Only downside are it's takes up way too much background noise when walking around outdoors.

I've just got rid of my HBH60 and replaced it with the Jabra BT200. To be honest I think the Jabra blows the HBH60 away. It's also more comfatable to wear. My advice is stick with the Jabra.
I just sold my HBH-60. It was hopeless - couldn't hear it in the car above 50mph (and forget it at all in a cabrio), loads of static and less than an hour talk time. I finally got hold of a BT250 today. Initial impressions are that the sound quality is better and it doesn't do that horrible flapping around thing if I move my head quickly.
Range wasn't bad - I could leave the phone in the car and pay for petrol and sill keep a connection. Then again I binned my P800 and went back to a 6310i a few weeks ago which may make the difference.

I have T610 and HBH-65.
The T610 is working great. Function wise, I think it is the best in the market. I'm glad that I moved away from T68i. The speed is much faster comparing with T68i. I'm very happy with the T610. Would recommend to anyone who is looking the best function gadget.
HBH-65 on the other hand is not very impressed. The only 2 complaints I have right now are the Battery Life and the Sound Level. I turned it on 8AM and talked with it for an hour. By 4PM, the battery was totally dead. I hope it could last a bit longer. The Sound Level is not as good as my oldie HBH-30. I could hardly hear the other party when walking along the side of the busy street in Bangkok. The compatibility and design wise, it is great. Since I am using T610, I would love to have the Black-White color of HBH-60 better. Voice Command is much better than my old one. The connection with the phone seems to be improved.
Good luck! Hope my comment would help your decision somehow.

I've been able to connect through 12" thick plaster walls with my BT headsets. Out of 12 BT headsets now (8 of which are SE BT headsets) I don't think I've seen differences in range. The case should never be an issue when it comes to interference. If the connection can go through a wall then break-ups through a simple leather case should be the least of your worries. The line of sight test is what one should really use when testing range. If it falls short under any other circumstances then its really the quality of the headset. I personally detest Jabra BT headsets with a sickness due to several personal reasons which I'd rather not discuss at this moment.
My personal favorites:
