no its actually a male uretha extender. You unscrew the top and bottom and insert it when you cant quite get the long length range you desire with your urine this attachemnt extends your range by 3 feet ideal for those with urinals in their bed room / office and also if your bed is near a window and you cant be arsed to get out.

the 2 ends can be unscrewed bec it allows you to use it as a recyclable cotton bud. all you need to do is "screw" on a piece of cotton to each end. then you can insert it into any of your orifices to clean out unwanted junk...
btw, it can also be used as a toothpick
