Is your DSL a dial-up (pppoe) or permanent connection?
You said the 4 PCs are connected to a router, do you mean a hub? Or are you using a DSL router? What operating system? Give as much info as you can. Have you tried reseting the TCP-IP stack?

permanent connection, netgear dsl router, winXP pro , i did reset the ip couple of times but nothing changed

If all your PCs are connected directly to the router, and you are
not sharing internet on one of the PCs, there is no way installing bluetooth on one PC will screw up internet on all of them.
