I call that 'Non-disclosure'.
The dealer did not inform the customer that the product is an old model and a newer version is out in the market, but they don't have it in stock. Retail outlets that do this are the 'unauthorized resellers'. They can't return the old stocks to the manufacturer because they were not suppose to sell them in the first place. And they can't get new stocks of later models, not unless they get rid of the old stocks. In the end, they are forced to hide the truth from the customer.
Not unless your country has a law against this, you're forced to take it as it is.

Either way, I don´t think there is much I can or will do!
I´ve heared that the designer of the Bluespoon is a mod on this forum? Am I right? Haven´t taken the time to use the search-function to find out.. Maybe I should complain to him..
