the reason why they have different CDA# is to regionalize the phones! There are many business related reasons why they would like to regionalize phones

yup if different cda for different languages,and different country then i can understand ,
but different cda on one country is making me mad

yup if different cda for different languages,and different country then i can understand ,
but different cda on one country is making me mad




If you see a phone within the same country but different CDA it could means 2 things:

(1) Phone is carrier specific (sim-locked to certain carrier)
(2) One of the phone is grey market phone
