@kayla, where here in singapore did you have you're t39 firmware upgraded?

West Site:
1)Jurong Point Basement in the Post office there is a counter for Ericsson.
2)Accord Distri level 6 (Next to IMM)
Central Site
1)Goldhill Plaza
2)Kallang Pudding
Try to call them before you
go@67497717 or 68624611 (Ericsson helpdesk) you can also check out the Singapore forum for more location (help)
This are the few location that I usually visit & remember, hope this is useful to you.
