It's not that nobody else has the HBH-35, it's just that the other owners has experienced the same problem and has yet to find a solution.

I've had the very same complaints since the HBH-30 and have learned to live with it. I just make sure that the connection between the headset and the phone is working properly before I leave the house. To do this, I test it first. If something is wrong, I turn off the power on both and turn it on again. This usually fixes the problem and it stays OK the whole day.
