I don't think you can buy that HBH-10 kit any more. You can sometimes buy the DBA-10 adaptor itself on ebay, thats where I sold mine

no idea as I never used it. I bought the HBH-10 special kit (with worldwide adaptors and the DBA-10) when I got my first T68 so never needed it.
as for price you'll have to keep an eye out on ebay

artemiy, you can always buy it on ebay.com.. it must be there.. and most of the customers are shipping worldvide.. but there is two problems.... you need to be 18years old, and you must have a credit card.. and if you buy anything, often there is the buyer who pays the shipping...
