i have an O2 one too. isn't it possible to put the OEM firmware on myself?
if the service centres only can do that, how can I find my local one? (north-west)

Jazzy - could you kindly post your phone's post-upgrade CDA number?
The SE online update site seems to use the CDA number to determine which OEM-customised software version to use. If the theory is right, we can use your "generic" CDA number to flash ourselves.

I have the following Firmware
Phone: CXC162022 R3A024
BlueTooth: CXC12529 R5D
Organiser: CXC162021 R1A05
CDA: CDA162004/7 R2B01
I tried the Online SE updater and it says that R1A05 is the latest version for my CDA number. I think this means i have a newer software version already.
Can people (who bought their p900 on o2 UK only) please post there software versions here?
