Yes, same with my download from Handango.
30 day trial warning if I advance date one month
Worth $9 for upgrade but not had an email yet.
Will have got around lifetime free upgrade by calling it Handy Day 2004!

Seems pretty good though, I was using the original version 1.4 until now and the new one is a vast improvement.
I still think it's crap to ask for an upgrade fee for essentially the same program though ....

I also have Handy Day 4.1, and even after installing the DEMO version from Handago I cant seem to find any clue that this is a DEMO.....it says:
Handy Day 2004 Version 1.0 http//:epocware.com
Copyright and so on and so on.
Even when I use it to store new agenda items it doesnt say that it is a trial???
The only bug I found is that Tracker is givin a kernell error and all applications (maps) are reset to default so I can restore my own maps over and over again when I switched the phone off
Anybody else who got a clue??

This verges on the word "con". I can see why people are so unhappy and epocwares response to it was not a justifiable one. If they have offered free future upgrades, then they should honour that.
They called the beta "Handy Day 5", then when it was released changed it to "Handy Day 2004".
Now that this has caused uproar they went to handago and changed "Handy Day 4" to "2004" THEN created a new download called "Handy Day 4" - that is dishonest!
