Well. Tracker let's you customize the look of your 'desktop'.
I use it on daily basis.
File Manager - This one is a must have.
Task Manager - Let's you easly switch thru apps and manage'em.
FileMan and TaskMan come with tracker for free.
Internet - definately
Opera browser then.
Word and Exel files -
Quickoffice Premiere - Wonderfull app!
WorldMate - current weather information (updated thru GPRS (you can choose form of update manually)) but mostly on capitals and big towns.
There's lots of'em
Check
my-symbian.com - apps info, download centre and shop you'll find there 99% if not 100% apps that are currently available for the UIQ series. Most of them come with trial versions so you can check'em out before buying.

Do you know if there are any programs that will let you play internet radio? - I've been looking but cant find anything.
