ok i have made sure that i have the latest drivers for everything and the program still crashes whenever i try to send something to my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated

did u download all 3 of the programs???
the program shouldnt crash.....there should be something wrong with your comp dude...
mine works perfectly...
and also make sure ur ma-620's software is upgraded too...

was having the same problem with easystudio, what work for me was just updating software: to this by by running easy studio then help/update
