you may have used some 'trick' to get rid of them, rather than actually deleteing them.

I didn't use any trick.Standard procedure (c,yes)...
It was on my first phone.When I bought it I discovered that bluetooth isn't working,so I've done master reset and returned it to the store. And all pics were there,like I didn't erase them.

From what i saw at sonyericsson website they hav more than 1000kb of memory. I might be wrong. I'll check again. I'll might try ta master reset. Thanx.

The 1000 kb may be the TOTAL memory of the phone, but it needs some memory for it's functions as well.... just a thought, have you attached many pictures to your contacts?

I got a T68i too, and my freespace was 1024 Kb in the beginning! so more than 1000 kb is true!
