damn.. the program doesn't work.. i clicked on the .exe file.. and a window sorta pops up really quikly then disappears.. hmm..
i think i mite re-download.. but i don't have a really good feeling about it..

No way with the .exe guys, you have to edit the .bat with the name of the file that you have and the use it.
con_amr2wav.bat

Not correct number of arguments!!
Input arguments are wav2amr Output.amr Input.wav
:weiter
converter amr2wav theFile.amr theFile.wav
-------
Where instead of "theFile" you have to write your file name.

They have a nice app that provide the AMR2WAV converter from SE but within a GUI.
Which is quite a relief ....

You don't need to convert AMR to WAV to listen, you can just use Apple's
QuickTime 6.3 and the optional
3GPP component.
