it only say sonyericsson, and all the number and barcode,
nothing like "made infrance" or anything

Take off your back cover, take your battery out. On your phone next to the sim card is a big white sticker. There is a big "CE" and above that it says Sony Ericsson. Turn your phone so the CE is the right way up. Just above that it should say where it's made.

Try also to look for a white sticker on the side of the phone's box.
On the bottom of the sticker you'll find that detail...

I don't think customer protection goes to the length that you can get a refund or exchange for a brand new phone based on that argument though..

mine is made in FRANCE, however not all P900 are manufactured in FRANCE, as some are made in INDONISIA (with the back label of Indonisian Warranty Only), and some are manufactured in China... so it is various, but i do believe that the ones manufactured in FRANCE have less SW bugs in them.

as the production line only deals with
hardware. The software can be buggier or less buggy depending on which version the phone is running but that is 100% unrelated to the location of the manufacturing plant.
