problem is with the identifying tag in the wap browser of your phone. t-mobile does not recognize it as a t-mobile phone, so you can see the t-zones homepage. samething happened when I first started to use R520m and t39m. few months later it worked as they accepted these phones as wap capable phones and that people use them even though they did not get it from T-Mobile.

Just tried wap.myvoicestream.com from my built-in browser and nothing happened...

It did, however, work on my t39m when I had it... But T-Mobile (then Voicestream) walked my through the setup. All they do now is send your settings from SE's global support site.

@richy240
I just upgraded to $19.99 plan and still get t-zones.
This is now I did it.

First disconnect from the internet.
Make sure you still have ur t-zones WAP internet account (check control panel / internet account).
Open up your original browser
Type: http:// wap.myvoicetream.com/#main
When asked which account to log in, select ur t-zones wap account.
When u get to the T-zones page, bookmark it as t-zones (any name)
Go back to the bookmarks page
Click on the green object next to the t-zones bookmark.
This will open up the info on the t-zones bookmark.
Click Edit
Change the WAP account to T-Zones-GPRS
Click Done.

U r good 2 go.

If you still have a prob, PM me and I can walk u thru it either online or on phone.

Hope this helps.

Still can't make T-Zones work. Today I called their "second tier" service center, and the rep told me that until the Z series of SonyEricsson phones is included in the T-Mobile info base, that there is nothing I can do from my end to make T-Zones work on my phone.

He said that 630s work even though they are not offered by T-Mobile in the US because the 630 is so close to the 610, which is supported by T-Mobile.

I wonder if this info is accurate, although it seems reasonable to me. I suppose I will just have to wait until T-Mobile begins supporting the Z200. Wonder when or if that is going to happen. Anybody have an idea?

I don't get what the heck T-Zones is?!?!? What is that? People said it's different from WAP, so what is it? And also, what is the difference between the $4.99 plan and the $19.99 plan?

T-Zones is T-Mobile's own WAP site.

My p900 has always worked with t-zones ar well, but not z600. Seems to be the sony-ericsson phones they don't carry that have problems. I've tried some of my other brands they don't support and they work. Go figure! :-( This message was posted from a Z600
