Happy Australia Day!

I celebrated yesterday down my local who were giving away lip balm, plastic fake Akubra hats and Fosters blow up surfboards with pints of Fosters

(bumped since it is Australia Day today!)

bjerky, please don't be insulting.

"god save the king/queen" was australia's national anthem until 1974, when it was changed to "advance australia fair". "god save the king/queen" is reserved for royal functions (i.e. visits) but is used in conjunction with, rather than instead of, "advance australia fair".

Hi from Brizzy,

Can anyone tell me the difference between Asian & Euro spec?

How do you know when purchasing GSM mobile phones you will get the 3- pin AC adapter required to fit 240V mains here in Australia?

Thanks in advance to the person who can help me on this subject

welcome To Esato

a strange topic to post this question but...

if you buy the phone in Australia you can be pretty sure it will have an aussie plug on it but if you buy in from overseas you can be sure it will have a foreign plug unless the place you buy it from specifically caters for Australia and either provides an aussie plug or an aussie adaptor
