If they already haven't... I still don't see the major problem with the T610 screen IMHO. I mean I know there is issues but the screen hasn't ruined my enjoyment of the phone at all. (But thats just me)

the t61x case is larger than the t630 so i don't think you can swap the insides. also, you won't have to buy a whole t630 just to get the screen. just go to a cell phone repair shop and see if they can do it. i'll check out my favorite shop and get back with you guys. the big question is can the t61x battery handle the screen. i don't think changing the screens is worth it though. isn't the t630 faster and more responsive?

Taking a screen from a T630 and putting it in a T610 is 100% possible! you just have to flash the T610 with AVR+ARM+GDFS flash from a T630! If you don't flash the phone with T630 firmware the screen will just get blue when turning the phone on.
The board in a T610/T620/T630 is identical, just some small changes in size ...just like T300 and T310

Yeah you are not obliged to buy a T630 to get it screen,any serious repair shop should have spare parts for T630 and in between them screens.
