Why no brightness/contrast control ?????????????

I agree with Jazzy. Where isn't there a brightness/contrast control for the P900.
Most phones I ever owned, T68i, T610, Panasonic GD88...they all have it, but not the P900...how strange.
Granted most people here seem to think the default setting is bright enough, yet SE should allow people to adjust it.

i agree that people should be able to adjust it, but i believe that the standard setting is a good. you have to think about the drain on the battery as well.
p.s. i cant remember being able to adjust brightness on my t610? but i could have just forgotten.

I know it isn't exactly what your looking for, but you could try using themes to alter the perception of brightness e.g. a theme with bright colours to make the screen 'feel' a little brighter.
