If its a cell phone with a tv tuner, well are being tested in some parts of korea right now so figure about 6 more yrs prolly for it to be available in other markets due to the slow crawl of new tech.

I have a funny little feeling that it would use more battery than playing an mp4... the actual antenna itself would need powering to pick up any signal at all being so small, and i am sure software would be required... i cannot imagine that something can be just plugged in without the requirement for software... even simple things such as keyboards require drivers, and how else would you change channels if there were no software... pc tuner cards have software, why would a phone be any different...
To the other who mentioned the new nokia having tv capabilities... isn't that streamed to the phone via some new fangled service... i don't think it is meant to have an actual tuner is it... although i may be wrong... nokias ain't my forte !
