Asstvilla let me tell u one thing;Dont listen to anyone here they dont what they r taking about!...I work for the telecoms industry and I can safely tell that u have nothing to worry about carry on useing the service as u normally do!..It isnt your fault if your network provider hasnt billed u....Its a mistake on there part so they r liable not u!...All i can say to u is ENJOY!!!

In the Netherlands KPN and Libertel (now Vodafone) had the same kind of problems a couple of years ago with their prepaidcards. After 7 o'clock in the evening you could call for free for an hour or so. Those were the days.

if it is indeed a prepay phone, you should never had paid for that
it is the operators fault!!!
it is their responsibility to narrow down the network functionality's for prepay users.....
like some1 else said, if you took that to court you would have won..
