Sometimes depend on the level of technology for each.
For me, as long as I can easily browse my menu, easily write sms, make a call, the battery is still in good shape, and the phone is quite slim/light, I got no problem and I'm not goin to switch to another model (which IMHO, sometimes dissapointing:P).

Though, I think my t68i joystick starts making my phone out of that qualifications
