why is the t230 tech superior?
i mean yeah i agree that the t230 is a better choice BUT 4k on crap screen doesn't make a big difference (101*80 lol)! and ir is a big thing if you ask me! poly? wwll i don't really know but t310's polys are excellent and there isn't anything other than that....

Better than T310 :
1. 4096 colours
2. Polyphonics slightly better (IMO)

Worse than T310 :
1. No IR

Much better phone - when the firmware updates start then you will be able to get pc sync and calender etc.
Great phone t230 for its cheap price! (i remember the time when i bought my t300 + mca 25 = 200.00 pounds! )

That's a pity that's T230 has no Irda. Need SE cable to download from PC and it's not cheap.
Nevertheless I can tell you that T230 RX sensitivity is far better than T310.....
