You can buy direct from O2, I did & they're cheaper thn CPW. Try them online or 08705 214 000
That's where I got my '900.

The best way by far,
is to get friendly with the local O2 shop rep,
they say i saw the P900 free in phones 4 u on say O2 400 and they will watch it, they offer a price matching scheme and everyone needs connections so they will do it!
and the lowest tariff is Data 5 at £8 per month.
hope this helps:??

As far as the Glasgow store manager, he's wrong. Which store was it, Buchanan, Argyle or Sauchiehall?
I guess some managers might be different, but mine certainly wouldn't do such a pricematch without verifying it.
I had a guy in tonight asking about it, was it anyone here? Btw, I'm @ Braehead.
Cheers!

No mate, wasn't the Braehead branch, won't mention which one in case I get anyone into trouble!
For the record, the Braehead branch is too small in my opinion, and I never seem to get any service, sales staff are too busy dealing with some Burberry ned wanting to buy a Nokia 3xxx series.
That's not a slur on you guys by the way, just the problem with such a teeny shop!

@tbl
If the glasgow branch has one in stock grab it as soon as you can. It was wise of you not saying which branch it was as I think like josepho above some people here work for 02 and nowadays the company is getting too much information, lol

Initailly many of the p900 users here were able to bring down their tariffs after a month (even though I was unsuccessful) and now you have to wait three months, I think its because some 02 guy is reading this forum, lol

Damn, just called back.
A guy was supposed to be driving over from Edinburgh to get one yesterday, turns out it was the last one, and they sold it before the Edniburgh guy got here.
I work five mins from the store, wish I hadn't havered about and had just dashed down and got it.

I agree that the Braehead store is too small. We are the highest connecting branch in the whole of Scotland, yet one of the very smallest - crazy, eh?
As for the service, I guess its just about being in the right place at the right time. I generally find that our customers come in waves, so if we're busy, come back in 10/15 and we'll probably be empty :S
Anyway, bad luck about the P900!
Cheers!

Nope.
Unless O2 tell us the price will be £279.99. We're all pretty clued up on all the prices, so you won't be able to swindle one... sorry
I don't forsee them bringing it back in. If you can find one you could get the P800 free on O2 250, but I fear that the P900 won't be like this for a long while now. If everyone was gonna do the O2 400 for 3 months then change down they'd only get £270 from you.... presumably NOT enough to pay for such an expensive handset... they'd be losing money - and I think they got wise.
Cheers!
