@tranquil go for the t230. Much more feature enriched. The z2 is quite a lame phone which offers no flexibility. But again it depends on usage preferences and design tastes. But keep in mind the t230 will also go easy on your pocket at the same time offering more features and flexibility!

I can't get past the fact that the Z200 looks more like a nurses fob watch, especially since it could eaily be hung on the uniform in the same way. I just can't take it seriously.
Also, I guess these are being bought for colleagues for work purposes (i.e. for being in contact) and given the limited choice due to the no cameras rule, and also considering that most people I work with (even in IT) are not fussed with gee-wizz features...
...I would choose the T230
