Don't tell me u r gonna do this and possibly ruin a good T610, spend extra on a T630 screen and throw away a good stn T610 screen to do a stunt like that. I find it...useless.Get a T630 instead. But maybe u have nuthin'2do with the day time huh?

That too is an option, but one that comes with the stigma of people pointing and laughing at you for walking down the road holding a Fisher Price My First Plastic Phone.

And 701, you can be as rude as you like, but the fact is that A) T610 screen is completely useless in bright daylight, and B) the T630 casing is cheap, tacky and plastic, making a T630 TFD screen swap a very attractive prospect. One that's made all the more attractive by the fact that the screen-changing process is so simple that you'd have to be a bit of a retard to screw a phone up whilst doing it.

I've been using a T630 for a month now and haven't had a single person comment that it looks like a toy. Indeed most saw the blue and alum. haze T610s I had previously and reckon this is a huge improvement style-wise! but obviously tastes are very personal and we are all different

Yep, you're not the only one who appreciates the T630's styling and tolerates its materials. Definitely not one for me though.

Used a mate's Nokia 2100 today, and couldn't help drawing comparisons with the T630, both aesthetically and ergonomically.

But then again I have always hade a fetish for metal-clad electronic devices
