i'm encountering the same problem in my celfone too. i speculate they deliberately block out these programs so they wont work? i really dunno... but i cant help to think thats the case. why else would they not work? sigh.
...or i might be wrong.
any other thoughts would be welcome.
or if anybody made a discovery on how to make these programs work, do tell and i will be your friend for life. thanks!

My Brother has a 3650 and 6600 on Smart. Both wont work on the Agile Messenger software. I'm using a P900 on another network and it's working smoothly ;o)
