Downloaded new software ok but SE still haven't addressed the issue of MacAfee Viruscan/Firewall not allowing the program to run properly.
What a poor company they are when it comes to Customer Service!

Not just McAfee - I believe it conflicts with a lot of firewalls (including mine - Zone Alarm (freeware)), or even firewalls in general. I could be wrong though

Sorry to say this, but the firewall/antivirus issue is not SE's problem. They don't need to tell people that if you got a firewall then you need to do this and this. That just don't work with about 50+ different firewalls on the market. Don't blame SE. Blame yourself for not knowing how your firewall works. And yes you DO need to know how it works if you are to use it. Otherwise you might someday have some kid who knows nothing in your system, because you set it up wrong.
Anyways... this is not SE's fault. (yay) So don't say that it's poor service when it's about the firewall issue!

lordmike, you obviously havent searched for "mrouter" in Esato or you wouldnt have exposed your ignorance. If you cant think of anything intelligent to say then shut the fcuk up.

I am running Zone Alarm Pro and have no "firewall" issues with Pc Suite. It asks only once if this program and its components are allowed and thats it, it works. I have chosen the option where it always asks for new programs, not teh auto version. Maybe thats why it works for me. Even after I upgraded the original pc suite it didnt ask again, almost like those specific files/programs were never changed in the newer version.

@purge
You didn't read well did ya? SE don't need to tell us to shut off our firewalls or give support regarding them. Since it's not their product. And don't you tell me to shut up. And don't call me ignorant. Looks like I know more about large companies and firewalls then you do.
If a large company like SE make a product which doesn't work with every single little program on the market you call it bad service. Uh huh.. now that does not sound intelligent to me. "mRouterRuntime.exe" has nothing to do with this.
I know this needs to go through the firewall if you got a software one. But that is not SE's problem if you do. So go back to sleep now little boy. And stfu!
