I found the reception of the T630 to be identical to the T610. When I first got the T630 that was one of the first things I tried by putting them side by side at various points around the house and also around my workplace. In all cases the reception indicator showed exactly the same on both phones. Since using the T630 I have also not noticed any difference in the sound quality during calls.
So in general I would consider them the same.

I'm sure I have never had a dropped call on the T630 or T610. In fact I can hardly remember getting a dropped call on any phone in the last couple of years
