Could it have something to do with the 'MAGIC' word that the voice dialer use's?

That would have something to do with Gandalf wouldn't it?

Bugger that...fireworks will start coming out of it next...then DRAGONS!!!!!!!

It also happened to a t68i a while back. Can't remember, but I think it called up someone all by it self while lying on a table These invissible hobbits are Dangerous!!! "Frodo is alive!" "Gandalf for President!"

Probable reason is that you were watching tv or listening to radio with magicword/voicedial activated. Happened to many (do a search).

well, my phone calls people all the time, and I'm talking automatically.
I was driving once with the phone on the passanger seat. I heard a Beep, looked over and it was dialling ???. Yes on the dialled number it said ??? I was like wtf?! So I searched the phone and there is NO way to type ? on the keypad, PLUS, i removed my keypad so there was no way for it to have just clicked accidentally!

Hi to all,

I usually use my p900 to make a short phone call every Wednesday with Albert Einstein in Heaven and to Hitler in hell and I believe they are very well off on where they are right now, their network over there doesn't experience dropped calls, they have no Dead spot! cool huh? everytime they visit earth they didn't subscribe to universal roaming because it's quite expensive. Guess what? Einstein has a p800 every night we play chess using my p900 to his p800, Wow his chess skill is quite impressive, we also enjoy texting and sending MMS with each other, Sad to say Hitler's cell phone is just a t68i, Does anyone wants to know their number?

A more sensible answer now

I found that when my trusty old P800 got too cold (ie from being left in the car or something), that the touchscreen went wonky and often dialled things all by itself.

I did wonder if it could be the 'MAGIC' word that set it off, but I must have been talking to myself at the time without realising it as the TV was off and I was the only person home!!

Although I have been known to shout 'Angelina Joley' in my sleep..

I was sat happily dozing in my chair, when suddenly out of the blue, my P900 decided it was about time I phoned my mother...

All I heard was a 'BEEP' from the phone and it had dialed my mum showing her lovely pic, smiling away...

My friend, this is the probable solution to your mystery and give my regards to SE as they probably wont find the simple answer.

1. You phoned your beloved mother before from your mobile
2. At that presice time, it was busy
3. You accidently pressed the redial button, making the phone atemting to redial your mum.
4. when she hung up the phone, your mobile redialed her, making the gost

Try it yourself and you will se that this is what will happen

Cheers
