i find it myself ...THE DIMENSION IS
206x197
206 is Width
197 is Height
i work for a whole day to find this resolution but now everybody knows the exact resolution

Bit old topic but information I gathered may be useful for someone.
For P900 and P910, thing about contact picture size is little different. P900 and P910 have smaller keypad in flip-close mode and therefore contact picture in closed mode can be bigger.
Actually biggest picture size in flip-closed and flip-open mode are same. They both have 197 x 197 size max.

i made mine 208x208, since in FC mode the pic is displayed from end to end.
the FC screen portion is square, so 208x208.
