No, sorry. From PC to phone.
To send pictures from phone to PC i think you would have to email it with the T230

hey download the fma and just give it a try, if fma is able to detect the phone the you should be able to transfer the files from the phone to the pc, if the file has a unlimited distribution attribute to it or else it cannot be downloaded to the phone and also it the file is not in use.

For the millionth time, without OBEX FTP support on the phone, you can't transfer pictures from the phone to the PC, even with FMA.
For SendFile to work, you need to install Mobile Phone Monitor from SE, enable the COM port that corresponds to the cable. You should also set the COM port speed to 9600 under device manager for T200/T300 series. It can take several minutes for the software to recognize the phone.
With FMA, you do NOT need Mobile Phone Monitor.

And there was some info yesterday that if you set obex packet size to 515 or somthing in that area it can rcv obex in the t300 phones.
I guess its worth a shot
