you need what's called on e-bay a terminator dongle.
it has both USB and parallel (printer) port connectors. it is about $25 shipped now, i got mine for $36 shipped over 2 months ago.
you will also need a cracked version of DIV 8.4 as well as the firmwares you want to flash.
all this and LOTS more infor can be found at

you should email the seller and ask if he can ship it to you. i'm in the US so for me it was easy. i'm sure you could find some sellers though that ship to Peru.

i would really advise against your flash method, it could really screw your phone. anyway why not take it to a SE service centre and get it done professionally for free.
p.s.
i dont think this discussion is suitable for esato as this site does not encourage tampering with your phones.

1. the only center in the US is in texas, i am illinois so i'd be without my phone for a long time. its nice in europe where there's service centers everywhere but not all countries are like this.
2. i have flashed, unlocked and unbranded about 3 phones so far without incident. worked perfect the first time and as long as you read and are careful, it is safe and flawless.
3. it gives me stisfaction knowing i did somethign myself and i learned how to do this myself. i learned a lot about how phoens work and accomplished something. not to mention i only paid for a cable and now i can flash for free as often as i want, to any firmware, any language without hassle.
i highly recommend this method and it is very easy to use and works great when done properly. you have obviously not tried it yourself so don't knock it before you try it.

punkserb,
Can you help me? I have the service cable, but the seller that I bought from lied, and didn't include the software or anything. I had to hunt it down myself. Would you be able to send me the flashing software, with direct, exact instructions on how to proceed? Also, do you have the files that I need to be able to flash my phone? I have a SONY Ericsson T616. Thanks!!!
Ethan
PM me if you need to ask anything, thanks!!!
