I got my p900 free on o2 uk contract, i think o2 are pretty good. I used to be on tmobile, didn't find them as good a network, too expensive! Will the tmobile p900 be branded and have t zones crap on it?! I wouldn't pay 300 quid to upgrade thats for sure. This message was posted from a Nokia

Also be warned. Some providers will not allow you to use the self upgrade tool. If this is the case, you will have to bring your phone to a Service point every time you need it to get upgraded. I am not sure if T-Mobile restricts you.

You may want a factory phone just for the free upgrades.

Also, Service Point's can easily uncustomize this phone right now.

went for a (series of) interviews with t-mobile in Greenock (customer services), and i must say that they are the most disorganised operation i've ever had the displeasure to work with. Never been a customer, but if that's the way they run their company...It sure looks bad for their customers.
