but i think you shouldn't have painted the black colour to gold, you should have left it like it was ......

Looks pretty cool mate. Would have painted the black bit on the back gold as well, maybe the side bits could be painted, would look a bit better.

Nope!

The paint's not goin' anywhere, cause I laquered it, then let the laquer dry, so it's stayin' put! The whole phone feels like the black part (on an unpainted phone). I scratch my nail along the paint, and becuase of the laquer, it stays smooth, scratchless, and shiny! No chipping, either.
