I won't say its unstable. Besides SE made sure that this case could happen so they add the recovery mode on the update site. They didnt think the DEMO thing which cause all this story.
I love my phone too and am waiting still for a new firmware.
The more advance the mobile get the more in trouble we get.

If the problem still occurs perhaps you can download Pop-Up keyboard from
www.my-symbian.com for an alternate keyboard

until the next update.

I posted a soultíon to this a while back. This could help:
1. Uninstall, if you have, EziTap (dont know if it will work with the new fw).
2. Go to Control Panel. Than choose textinput (I think this is how its translated in english). Choose alternative and virtuell keyboard. Than click on configuration. Choose your preffred language and press ok.
3. Reset your phone.
Hey Energetic! Wazzzzzzupp!!!
(I'am having a very slow day at the office, hence the outdated cool coment

)

@ ceco
You are right there my friend. I agree with you. With such amount of money from me invested on this model I would demand more than this bugs etc. Not that am not happy and satisfied with my P900; and am patient with SE regarding updates of firmware etc.
Note that am using the word "investment" and not spend. For me this business PDA/mobile is a great tool.
