Dave,

not as much as you would guess.
I have 2 lines, and in total the cost si approx £70pcm

Of that, the monthly line renatl is approx £45, so in total there are call and text charges of £25pcm on 2 lines....

thats still relatively a lot compared to the rest of our consumer base.

also you have to remember that all customers are judged differently on their own merits, so you could of got it for free, yet a friend who spends more could be charged for it.
