Here in Manila, you don't just buy at any 'makeshift' fone shops, like the one in Greenhills (San Juan City), Metropolis, (Muntinlupa City), Telecom Center (Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa) etc. etc. For me, there are only two shops which has 100% honest-to-goodness reputation, and these are Semicon and Wellcom !
