Ive used both a T610 (i own one) and a T630 (which i dont) and I'd say T610 ANYDAY.

The t310 is almost the same as the t300 you have posted from so upgrading would not be worth it. So get a t610 or stick with what you have got. This message was posted from a T68i

I agree with you on that point, but I would suggest going a step higher and get a T630. It is almost like a T610 but with a better screen and (some people say) a better keypad. And the price is almost the same.

What you should go for depends primarily on what you can afford, your taste and what specific feature(s)/function(s) you are looking for.
