argh that sux monkey balls!
i didnt wanna find any faults with my phone...now i have, damnit!
i dont suppose i can do anything about that, except wait for the next SE software update?

Actually SE have already announced on the developer forums that this jvm (or jvm+FEP) bug will *never* be addressed with an official update within the lifespan of the p800 and p900. This is despite the fact that it affects every single PJava application. Their only suggestion so far is to install a 3rd party FEP (ezitap being the only real alternative atm). Not exactly good news for vendors of commerical java apps on this platform.
There are a number of other java crashbugs that have existed since the first p800 and still exist on the p900, and it doesn't look like those will be fixed either (although I've seen no official statement apart from the one about the input related problems).
