Use Yahoo! U can connect through web & wap without any problems plus u can retrieve other e-mail accounts so that e-mails will be sent to ur Yahoo account. That's a good idea if u have multiple accounts.

And don't forget what a writed about Webmail.
There are software to go retrieve them automaticly too, without going on the net or wap...!!
