Why doesnt anybody read their owners manual anymore? It tells you how to do a master reset in there.

No...... not the full reset like that one :
jog dial up
press *
jog dial down
jog dial down
press *
jog dial down
press *
then choose format internal drive
The Master Reset you can make that way is a the only real complete reset. It reset even the languages.... Your phone is then back to fabrics, and that happens not with the 'build in' reset SE refers to in his book.

No you can't do it yourself. You will have to go in a official SE center and not just a shop.
