@m2xdam, how does this software work? It doesn't install as when you run the exe file there is an error message, and there are no setup/install instructions on your website or in the zip folder.

What error message does it give? Indeed there's no install. Just place the executable and dll's in 1 directory and run it. There's 1 prerequisite: You need the Microsoft .NET Framework installed.

Ok put everything into one folder but still got the error.
Think i have the .NET stuff installed, doesn't it come with windows messenger, so that you can sign into .NET websites.

No, it does not come with MSN messenger. It looks like you are indeed missing the framework. Go to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com where you can install it as an update.
