The same thing has happened to 3-4 times so far. I have the phone for 3 months now. I guess the solution should be to wait for the next firmware. This time is taking to long to be delivered to us.

Mine does it as well, it is doing my head in. It does it a lot with Bluetooth on.

Bluetooth will sort of get stuck while searching or connecting to devices and then the next thing I know I have a white screen with the flip open or closed

Even with my computer it is a bitch to get the bluetooth to connect (makes the £30 i just spent on a dongle a bit pointless) Although the missues Nokia (yak) works fine (yak yak)

I got this when I first got my P900 in early January. I'm also with Orange and I took the easy way out by just turning the clock off. (It's c*%p anyway...) I use Tracker3 so if I want the time I just open the flip. I set the Power function to 'blank' and I use a Windows Xp screen saver which looks better. Have had no problems since.

Hope this helps

Is it a clock mod supplied by the Orange Network? I haven't seen such an option on my Vodafone P900.....

I am now getting this problem everyday I have SMAN installed but it just keeps happening. Is there any new thinking on what seems to be an old and reasonably well known problem?

I had the same problem a few months back with my P800. I did an internal format and a master reset and re-install all my apps from scratch. The only difference in the phone before and after the reformat/reset is that I installed SMAN and Tracker onto the memory stick, as opposed to installing them onto the internal storage. Having these two apps running from the internal storage seems to have solved the problem.

I suggest that you try to re-install both SMAN and Tracker (if you have it running) onto the internal storage and see if the problem persists.
