distance is also dependant on surroundings. You won't get a 10m range if there is a wall in between your phone and the other bluetooth device.

Bluetooth is very useful!
It can do lots of stuff- I have a t610, a ambicom dongle (usb device that lets your computer have bluetooth, looks sorta like a flash drive), and a bluetooth headset. It's really useful-you can use the headset to listen to music from your pc, or use the pc as a headset for your phone. You can also use the phone to connect to your computer for some dialup action. There's tons more stuff out there-do a google search and you'll find tons of different things. Good luck!

I have just experienced a great reason to have a Bluetooth Headset!
Laying out at the pool! I am at a conference in Tampa, Florida for the weekend. Between sessions, I am goint to the pool to layout and get some sun! I had my P900 in my bag under the chair and my headset on and was soaking up the rays while on the phone! No phone to my ear, no cord dangling anywhere. I could get up and walk around the pool, and even walked over to the pool and got in a bit ( up to my shoulders), all while on the phone!
If I was upset with any of the shortcomings of the P900 and its Bluetooth disappointments, and yes there are a few, I am no longer that upset and wouldn't trade the P900 or Jabra BT-200 for ANYTHING!

And of course, the radiation from a Bluetooth headset is a fraction of that from a mobile phone.
