I said, 'dying patients' . . . yes, maybe I was wrong there . . .but what else do you find in typical hospital? A fashion show, ramp modelling show - no! What else, but beds of recuperating and dying patients . . .We have a small family hospital here in Manila, and I should know mate! By the way, just one of the best sights to see there are the new born babies - 'nursery room', that's what I really like most! My apologies then if I have troubled you back there. Just post those images mate - ASAP!
@vlammetje - Yup, sometimes I make 'horrible' jokes and comments, and I admit it. Now, on your part, will you also admit (at times) that in certain threads - you did easily blow you top (hot-headed lad)? . . .

@kimcheeboi - OK! I will try to post here Julia Roberts' pic when she went 'overweight'. Since you made mention about Julia in your 1st post, I suppose this will be very ideal then, but you're rating upon seeing this will surely drop to '0'. I also have Paltrow's and Bullock's 'fat' images as well . . . My apologies to you and to others if you (they) have already 'previewed' this pic . . .
