It's not Realplayer but UnRealplayer. I think your confusing it with Realplayer on the pc.

But it's not like that at all and because you don't own a p900 yet l don't think your familiar with the program.Btw it's a very good app.

It would be very useful for applications such as orb.com that allow you to stream videos and TV broadcast off of your home PC.

Also, the US generally has unlimited GPRS, so streaming would be awsome!

I have not come upon a site yet that allows streaming to a P900. I don't think the crappy Packet Video software allows streaming and I have not been able to find a player that does. A great shame since old ass Nokias even have streaming capabilities...

where are you from in the US that you say we generally have unlimited GPRS? As far as I know, all the GSM providers now offer an unlimited GPRS plan, but that is very expensive and not at all included with your basic plan.

i have unlimited gprs/internet for just $20 with cingular cos i'm on the old media works plan. worth every penny too. So far I haven't looked into streaming music apart from the virgin radio uiq client which works pretty well.

I have T-Mobile T-Zones. It's not a data plan per se, more of a light WAP plan, but there happens to be no limit on data usage (I don't think it was ever intended or imagined as being used as a bluetooth modem or something like that).

Anyways, back to my original question.

Any way to stream video/audio on P900, 910 or possibly the 990? You can download and play, but not stream?!?!

FunVio allows you to play stream tv and radio stations, also virgin radio player is good: http://my-symbian.com/uiq/app[....]cations.php?fldAuto=1023&faq=4

I've been listening to steaming radio for months now..an occasional lag does occur..but its good enough.
