with regard to the UK the Sale of Goods Act states a product has to fit for the purposes for which it was purchased, if the product was advertised with MMS (which it was) and the reason you bought the phone was even in part the mms (or any other advertised feature which is in the upgrade) , the the T68 IS NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE IT WAS PURCHASED, and Sony Ericsson have contravened the Act.

Anyway..

I spose that have gone against what they have sold. When I bought the phone (In Jan) it said on the display card that the phone is capable of sending MMS messages... YEAH RIGHT!!! where the heck is it then ???

To me, its not a major drawback - but see the point of false advertising - its not on. I can wait til Vodaphone actually release the MMS capability - but still will need the phone to be able to send this too!! AAGGHHH...

Oh well... time to fit me new speakers into me car then!!!
