yeah i know that was a nokia site.
I was just supplying that as an example.
Changing the operator logo is done either by a program or the operator itself.
Best thing to do is call your operator. They'll help you

I have an Orange P900, but I am actually using it in Brazil with my TIM SIM card but I can't see where exactly is this logo you guys are talking. My phone just have the orange logo on the MP4 movie when I turn it on!
