I still don't see how one should be able to pick up the stylus from the silo.

I think thats the most useless piece of crud i have seen. I meen if they provided it free with the 2 styli it wouldn't be so bad, but at 11.95 or whatever, a complete waste of money. Personally on my desk at work, in my shoulder bag on the train, signing credit card receipt cards at tescos, sitting in my flat, I ALWAYS like most people have access to a 15p bic biro. I bet this one will run out, go dry after a 4 or 5 months or worse leak in the phones guts. If per chance i need a pen to write something like a phonenumber, an address of a titbit of information i use the digital stylus and write in the jotter application SE have kindly built into the phone software.
Jeez, i could bottle air and sell it to some people

@davidgweeden
but... how do you really feel? Everyone has heard of cheap pens, and I would even bet that everyone has one or two, too. But aren't you ever without your "shoulder bag" (we call them purses) and you need a pen? I use this one.

But you did make a great point: I don't want that Fields pen leaking in my phone's inerds!

I got a couple for myself and friends. I think it is great !! Why not replace the same tool with a more functional tool ?? I wouldnt use it to replace my Mont Blanc, but if I have left my pen somewhere at least I know I have my stylus to write with also. It has a black ink which is great ! I think it is pricey for what you get but the concept is great. Now i have to keep reminding myself that there is a pen on my stylus

I need a pen, sometimes. It would be useful for signing reciepts at McDonald's!

BUT ITS 12 FREAKIN POUND! For a crappy little pen, buy a bic for 15p and stick it were the sun dont shine, then give the rest to charity, gawd damnit!
